Online Refund / Credit Policy

CoreSource Product

IntellaCore is a customer oriented company that provides real value to our clients.  The IntellaCore CoreSource refund policy is listed below to help the consumer make informed choices prior to purchase.

Prior to Initial Use

Prior to the initial use of the site for posting events, responding to events, or any on-line collaboration with other users, users have 48 hours after initial payment to request a cancellation and full refund by calling IntellaCore at 412-455-5362.  Technology related issues such as bad emails (DEFINITION OF A “BAD/UNDELIVERABLE” EMAIL??) or server problems that delay access to the online platform are not grounds for a refund request.  In addition, the inability to run the platform successfully on your personal computer does not qualify for a refund request. However, IntellaCore will provide contact information for technical support resources that can assist users encountering technical related issues.

After Initial Use

Users have the opportunity to request cancellation and a refund after the 48 hour period and initial collaboration on the site.  Users requesting a refund after this initial period or use of the site should contact IntellaCore immediately and provide all of the details concerning the request.   These requests will be reviewed on a case by case situation and IntellaCore will notify the user if a refund or partial refund is appropriate and warranted.

Cancelling Your Account

Users can cancel their account at anytime with a 30 day prior written notice. Please allow for a 24 hour processing time after submitting your request. A representative will contact you to finalize your cancellation and the user will receive a written confirmation of the cancellation.

Billing Disputes

Users should contact IntellaCore by telephone or email in a timely fashion concerning any billing disputes that may arise.  Each issue will be addressed and if any adjustments are warranted (either a credit or debit); these will be made on the next billing cycle.  Users may access all past and recurring charges made through their accounts.  Please notify IntellaCore of any changes made to your credit card information that was provided for payment.

Registration Fee for Webinars

IntellaCore is committed to providing periodic webinars that are practical, interactive, and of value to small and medium size business owners. Payment for these Webinars must be made by credit card in advance of the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Webinars

Registered participants can cancel their participation and receive a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the event. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, the registration fee will be applied as a credit to a future webinar of your choice. A registered participant can have a substitute participate in their place at no extra cost. However, the title and name of substitute must be submitted to IntellaCore at least 3 (three) days before the event.

This policy is in effect as of 9 April 2008
